Preventive Cardio-Oncology LLC processes information needed to operate Virtual Heart Beach Garden events and the community.
Information collected
Depending on how you participate, PCO may receive your account email and name from ChatGPT sign-in; display name; garden category; story, reply, media link, report, consent record, ticketing information supplied by the ticketing platform, technical request data, security logs, and moderation history.
Purposes and sharing
Information is used to authenticate participants, operate and moderate the community, provide events, enforce terms, protect safety and security, document consent, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. Approved display names, stories, categories, and authorized media links are public. Account email addresses, reports, and moderation records are not displayed publicly. Data may be processed by hosting, authentication, ticketing, communications, legal, security, and other service providers under appropriate terms, or disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Retention and choices
Records are retained for operational, security, dispute, consent, and legal needs, then deleted or de-identified under applicable retention practices. You may ask PCO to correct or remove your community contribution, subject to legal and security exceptions. Ticketing-platform privacy practices apply separately to ticket purchases.
Security and international access
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, although no online system can promise absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by service providers, subject to applicable safeguards.
