Heart Beach Garden Community Guidelines

Belonging and care

Participate with kindness, curiosity, cultural humility, and respect. Welcome different identities, abilities, beliefs, family structures, garden styles, and levels of experience. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual misconduct, bullying, impersonation, spam, and deliberate disruption are prohibited.

Privacy and health information

Share your own experience. Do not post another person’s identifying details, private communications, image, voice, likeness, location, or story without permission. Do not share patient information, protected health information, medical records, or confidential workplace information. Community posts are public after moderation, so use a display name and details you are comfortable making public.

Safe participation

Participants must be at least 18. This community is for wellness reflection and social connection. It is not monitored for emergencies and does not provide medical, mental-health, or crisis care. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Moderation

Submissions and replies may be reviewed before publication. PCO may edit formatting, request revisions, decline, hide, preserve for safety review, or remove content that conflicts with these guidelines or applicable law. Members may report concerns privately. Repeated or serious violations may lead to suspended participation.

Community media

Share only content you created or are authorized to use. No participant may record or publish an event, private conversation, screen, or participant image without specific permission from every affected person and PCO where program materials appear.

Counsel review: These guidelines should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public reliance or publication.
