Heart Beach Garden Content and Media Terms

Your ownership

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to share it and that it does not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.

Limited operating license

By submitting content, you grant PCO a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, moderate, secure, archive, and present the Heart Beach Garden community. This license ends after deletion from active public display, except for reasonable backups, legal records, safety evidence, and material already lawfully relied upon.

Publicity and promotion

Community submission does not grant PCO permission to use your identity, likeness, voice, story, or media in advertising, testimonials, press, fundraising, or unrelated promotion. Any such use requires a separate, specific permission.

Program materials

PCO and its licensors retain all rights in the Heart Beach Garden name, event format, curriculum, videos, graphics, prompts, facilitation methods, Site design, and other program materials. They may not be copied, repackaged, trained upon, sold, taught, or used to create a competing or derivative program without written permission.

Removal requests

You may request removal of your contribution through the contact method provided by PCO. PCO may retain limited records needed for consent, security, disputes, and legal compliance.
