Virtual Heart Beach Garden Event Registration Terms

These terms govern registration for Virtual Heart Beach Garden events hosted by Preventive Cardio-Oncology LLC (“PCO”). By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to these terms and the incorporated Community Guidelines, Privacy Notice, and Content and Media Terms.
Registration, pricing, and quorum
Each ticket is priced as displayed by the ticketing platform, with platform fees and applicable taxes shown at checkout. A minimum of 10 paid participants is required per session. PCO evaluates quorum 72 hours before the scheduled start. If quorum is not reached, PCO may cancel the session and initiate the refund described in the event listing and ticketing-platform rules. Invitees must register separately.
Changes, access, and conduct
Dates, times, facilitators, technology, and program details may be reasonably adjusted. Registered participants are responsible for a compatible device, internet connection, and a private environment suitable for participation. Access links are personal and may not be redistributed. PCO may remove a participant for unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or privacy-invasive conduct.
Wellness and safety
The event is educational and wellness-oriented. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, emergency services, or a clinician–patient relationship. Choose activities suitable for your circumstances, stop if uncomfortable, and seek qualified professional or emergency support when needed.
Recording and intellectual property
Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, transcribe, scrape, rebroadcast, or use automated systems to capture the session or another participant without express written permission. PCO retains its program names, curriculum, methods, audiovisual materials, design, and other intellectual property. A ticket provides a limited, personal, revocable, nontransferable right to participate.
Liability and disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. PCO is not responsible for third-party platforms, participant devices, internet interruption, or conduct beyond its reasonable control. Any dispute should first proceed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and, where enforceable, binding individual arbitration. Class or representative proceedings are waived where permitted. Wyoming law governs, with Ohio courts serving as venue for matters properly brought in court, subject to mandatory consumer law.
