An administration dashboard supports oversight when summary numbers and underlying records remain connected. Leaders should be able to locate a submission, understand its context, review agreement history, and export authorized data without opening participant-only views.

Begin with a summary layer

Useful counts may include registered users, accepted agreements, active profiles, orientation records, weekly signals, assistant sessions, concerns, ideas, closeouts, and milestone aggregates. Each number should link conceptually to the detailed record category beneath it.

Provide a complete record center

Display record type, authenticated identity where authorized, creation and update timestamps, active status, and submitted fields. Filters should support rapid review. Long text, email addresses, and nested values require responsive wrapping on narrow screens.

Include transcripts and an audit ledger

Assistant transcripts need question, response, status, model or source label, identity, and timestamp. The ledger should preserve agreement acceptance and significant actions so administrators can reconstruct the operational sequence.

Design exports for continuity

Offer CSV for common tabular review and JSON for complete structured backup. Apply the same visibility rules used on screen. Record the export time and protect downloaded files according to their sensitivity.
